1. Acceptance and scope
By using this website, submitting information or accessing an authorised client account, you agree to these Terms of Use and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. A signed quotation, certification agreement or other written contract takes priority for the services it covers.
2. Website information
Website content provides general information about management-system certification and enquiry routes. It is not legal, regulatory, implementation or consultancy advice and is not the text of an ISO standard.
Standards, sectors and services shown are subject to application, competence, impartiality, geographic, contractual and applicable accreditation-scope review. A listing does not itself establish service availability or accreditation.
3. Certification decisions
Submitting an enquiry, registration, application or payment does not guarantee acceptance, audit findings, certification, timing, market access or any commercial result. Certification can be granted only after applicable assessment, review and an authorised independent decision. Certified status remains subject to surveillance, recertification and applicable rules.
4. Client accounts and credentials
Client Portal information is restricted to authenticated users whose business email has been approved for an account. You must provide accurate registration information, protect access credentials, use only your authorised account and notify CIGGIC promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
CIGGIC may delay, restrict, suspend or remove access to protect client information, investigate misuse, comply with law or administer the client relationship. Portal access does not confer certification status.
5. Enquiries and submissions
You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorised to submit it, and that it does not unlawfully disclose another party’s confidential or personal information. Do not upload malicious code, credentials, payment-card information or confidential audit evidence through a public form.
6. Certificate-status verification
Verification is provided for legitimate due-diligence, procurement, contractual or regulatory purposes. You must identify yourself accurately and may not use automated enumeration, scraping, bulk extraction, deception or verification results to harass, profile or misrepresent another organisation.
A verification response reflects the public record available at the time shown. If a record cannot be found or appears inconsistent, contact CIGGIC before relying on it. A search result does not replace review of the certificate scope, locations, dates and applicable conditions.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may view and make a limited internal copy of public content for legitimate business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, frame, impersonate, reverse engineer, systematically scrape, remove notices from, or create a misleading derivative of the website, logo, images, video, certificate records or controlled documents without permission.
CIGGIC names, branding, content and media remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. ISO names and standards are owned by their respective rights holders; no ownership or endorsement by ISO is claimed.
8. Availability and external links
We work to keep the website accurate, accessible and secure, but may change, suspend or withdraw features without notice where reasonably necessary. External links are provided for convenience; CIGGIC does not control third-party content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CIGGIC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on general website content, unauthorised use, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. Specific service liabilities are governed by the applicable written agreement.
10. Applicable law, changes and contact
Mandatory law and any governing-law or dispute provisions in an applicable written service agreement continue to apply. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
