Quotation and agreement

Stage 1 and Stage 2
Applicable audit activities examine management-system readiness and implementation through objective evidence and sampling.
Independent decision
Authorised personnel who were not members of the audit team review the certification file and make the decision.
Surveillance and renewal
Certified status remains subject to surveillance, applicable changes and recertification before the cycle ends.

Findings

Certification status
